St. Gregory Spa at PARKROYAL on Beach Road gets a revamp and new look and is offering ‘Qi’ Revival Experience from 1 September till 31 December 2013 at S$260 nett.  Enjoy a 120 minute Tui Na and Foot Reflexology session followed by a bowl of double-boiled tonic soup as well as a freshly brewed Chinese tea and dim sum snack.

Tui Na is an ancient Chinese therapy that combines massage and accupressure using a range of squeezing, pushing, pulling and kneading techniques to stimulate key pressure points to unblock and enhance flow of ‘Qi’ or vital energy.

There are three choices of doubled-boiled soups that offer different health benefits:

  • Double-boiled Fish Maw Soup – nourishes the tendons and kidneys whilst preventing blood clots
  • Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Lingzhi – Strengthens immunity, regulates the body’s secretions and helps to combat ageing
  • Double-boiled Wild Fungus and Mushroom Soup – Cools the body and promotes lung, brain and liver functions
