You must be wondering why did I put a food picture on the top of a slimming article? When the fact is those are just some of the things I savoured during the course of my 60 days diet. But you should always avoid processed food and tibits.
I am a happy person as I still get to enjoy the sweet indulgence of ice cream and Peking Duck. But these are consumed in moderation. I do have these delicious treats in all my meals. I only have it like once to three times a week, depending on the food tastings I have that week. On normal days, I will just keep to my usual three meals a day and no eating after 8pm routine. I will also try workout a little more before and after my tasting days to make me feel a little better about it. LOL
Due to my busy schedule and frequent traveling, I was not able to fulfill my daily quota of 3km walk. But as much as I can, once I have the free time I will try to do some workout at home with resistance band I bought online which cost only S$50 in a set of 8 bands with different strength intensity. These bands are easy to use and light to carry with me when I travel.
I found this easy to do resistance band workout video on YouTube which targets on abs with three basic exercises. It takes me about 20 minutes to finish a complete 3 sets with 25 to 35 repetition for each exercise. For resistance band workout, to get the maximum effectiveness we need to do the workout in a slow and steady pace while maintaining the correct posture. Rushing through will only waste your effort for the exercise.
Weighing myself everyday, I realised I hit the bottle neck with my weight fluctuating between 80kg and 81.5kg. Even my weight has not been going down, I noticed that my body fat is lesser from 21% to 18% all thanks to my fitbit Aria Smart Weighing Scale. Together with my daily photo log of my body profile, I confirmed that I am still losing fat and slimming down as I continue with my routine.
The results are not considered fast, but I have to emphasise that I am trying to proof how minor change in our daily routine and with little effort here and there can make us stay in shape, confident and Be Happy. So in the past 60 days, I have lost 5% body fat and 4.5kg.

Wah. I think not eating after 8pm is a great idea. I might want to try that.
