Etihad Airways launches a new global brand campaign today with the global brand campaign. Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman stars and narrates in the new television commercial that was shot onboard the airline’s Airbus A380 and in various locations around the world and in Abu Dhabi.

The commercial also features a digitally created scene of Nicole Kidman in the interior of the soon to be opened Louvre Abu Dhabi influenced by the light and geometric patterns of the Emirate.

Nicole Kidman is the perfect voice and face for the Etihad story, and embodies worldly sophistication, intelligence, originally, and elegance similar to the values of the Etihad brand.

The commercial was directed by husband and wife team Anthony Atanasio and Valerie Martinez. M&C Saatchi Australia created the concept for the new campaign while Trent Simpson produced it through London-based production company Thomas and Thomas. British cinematographer Daniel Landin was the director of photography. The soundtrack was specially commissioned and composed by Ramesh Sathiah, Creative Director and Composer of Sydney-based audio design company Song Zu.

A 30 and 60 second version of the TV commercial will be shown on global television stations and social media. A still version of the campaign will appear in print, digital and outdoor.
