Low cost carrier SCOOT celebrates its second anniversary today since its inaugural flight to Sydney.
The airline now operates six aircraft flying to 13 cities in 7 countries and territories. It has 600 employees and has carried over 2.6 million passengers. Scoot’s load factor averages over 80% with more than 93% of flights departing within 15 minutes of schedule and more than 92% of guests are checked in within 10 minutes of joining the check-in queue.
Today Scoot will be at 12 locations in Singapore from 9am to 9pm to give away goodies.Each location represents a Scoot destination and Facbeook fans can win travel vouchers to fly to that city. Guests flying on Scoot today may get seat upgrades, travel vouchers and other goodies on selected flights.
From 12pm today till 11.59pm tomorrow, there is a sale where you can purchase an economy from to Singapore to Bangkok or Hong Kong and pay just 2 cents for the return fare. Return fares for Perth and Taipei is S$2 while the other destinations is at S$22. Travel period is till 28 March next year.
