The annual Durian Fiesta at Goodwood Park Hotel returns from 24 February to 13 July 2014. Since 1983, the hotel has been offering the finest durian creations for fans of the king of fruits.

This year you can expect the usual favourites as well as new creations such as the Durian Gula Melaka Roll, Durian Malay Slice, Mini Durian Charlotte or the Mini Durian Donut.

The Durian Malay Cake looks irressistible with a smooth durian-kaya spread onto of a moist sponge and covered on the sides with desiccated coconut. It is priced at S$8 per slice or S$42 of a 700g whole cake.

If Swiss rolls are you thing, then the Durian Gula Melaka Roll contains D24 durian mousse enveloped within a vanilla sponge drizzled with gula melaka syrup. Priced at S$10 per slice or S$62 per 1kg roll.

The star of the Durian Fiesta since 1983 would have to be the Durian Mousse Cake which comes with a bountiful of durian pulp mousse. Available at S$11 per slice, S$62 for 1.3kg cake, S$117 for 2.5kg cake or S$160 for 3.5kg cake.

And if you are lost in Durian world and cannot decide what to get, you can pick up from the deli the Durian Combo which comes with one piece of Durian Mouse Cake, Durian Gula Melaka Roll, Mini Durian Donut, Mini Durian Charlotte and two pieces of Durian Puffs. The Durian Combo retails at S$29.

From 31 May to 13 July 2014, the Coffee Lounge at Goodwood Park Hotel will be serving Dessert Buffet with Durian Pastries at lunch and dinner. Durian creations including the Durian Gula Melaka Roll, Mini Durian Donut, Durian Trifle, Durian Puff, Durian Mousse Cake and á la minute Durian Pancakes will be served among other types of desserts. the Dessert Buffet with Durian Pastries is priced at S$34.80 per person while the top-up option with any a la carte main course order is priced at S$27.80.

The one-time top up of the Durian Sampler Platter will also be available at the high tea buffet for S$10.80 per person. The Durian Sampler Platter offers small tasting portions of the Durian Gula Melaka Roll, Mini Duran Donut, Durian Trifle and the Durian Mousse Cake.

The Mao Shan Wang Durian Specialities will only be available from 31 May to 13 July 2014. Enjoy the Mao Shan Wang Ice Cream at S$21.80 per 16oz tub or the Mao Shan Power Puff at S$17.80 per piece available from 12pm to 7pm.
