The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong will be serving the most fabulous high tea in the world from 1 January 2014. The luxury hotel has collaborated with Graff Diamonds to present a one-of-a-kind treasure trunk filled with a world of masterpiece jewelry and gourmet creation by Executive Chef Peter Find. Enjoy a showcase of Graff jewellery hand created in London in the highest hotel in the world served by a personal butler.
Taking inspiration from two of Graff’s most famous diamonds Delaire Sunrise and The Graff Pink, Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong’s chefs have created sweet delights such as hazelnut nougat iced gold, 2012 Dom Pérignon vintage champagne gelee, and Tahitian vanilla financier.
Look out for the different whimsical butterfly elements embedded in the treasure trunk. The trunk tea will also include luxurious delicacies such as Ostera caviar smoked salmon rose, foie gras apple, 70% chocolate creameux with black truffles and vanilla panna cotta with bird’s nest and gold leaves and more to be paired with a bottle of 2004 Louis Roederer Cristal Brut and a half bottle of 1998 Chauteau d’yquem Sauterne. Premium coffee and loose leaf tea will be presented on exquisite Vera Wang chinaware, Christofle silverware and Baccarat glassware. Graff Jewellery and luxury watch collections as well as the finest quality diamond rings and precious gemstone rings will be showcased in the treasure trunk.
