- Surprise Cocktail Disguised Desserts – White Russian Cereal, Rum infused Pineapple Meringue Mousse, Elderflower Caviar, Spiced Mango Tea-Ni and “Ping Lin” Handpicked Organic Honey Scented Black Tea Jell-o with Flavored cream (Whisky cream, Bailey’s cream, Amaretto cream, “San Zhi” longan honey) are served.
- Marc Chagall’s Surreal Colourful Garden (all you can eat dessert buffet) – squeeze the jelly of Cassis kir royal, Raspberry rose Champagne, Pineapple Malibu, Mango grand marnier, Granny smith cider out of the paint tubes onto their rye breads for better tastes. The Greek yogurt W Taiwan farmer honey, citrus W earl grey meringue is planted in green tea soil, therefore the soil is edible!
