SHINYA AOKI New Lightweight Champion at One FC: Kings & Champions

The ONE Fighting Championship: Kings & Champions was held on 5 April 2013 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.  Shinya Aoki was crowned the new champion of the lightweight division when he submitted his compatriot Kotetsu Boku in the second round of the championship bout with his superior grappling.  Aoki’s rear naked choke in the second round resulted in Boku tapping out and conceding his lightweight championship title.

• Chen Yun Ting defeats Ronald Low by referee stoppage due to strikes at 3:58 minutes of round 1
