LEGOLAND® California Resorts Master Model Builders prepare a LEGO knight and chef for installation into the nations first LEGOLAND Hotel opening ahead of schedule on April 5 2013

26 December 2012, California, USA – The three-storey, 250-room LEGOLAND Hotel will be the first in America to open next year on 5 April 2013 ahead of schedule.  Bring your kids to a holiday of their lifetime!

Located in LEGOLAND California Resort in Carlsbad, LEGOLAND Hotel has approximately 3,422 LEGO models made up of more than three million LEGO bricks. Be greeted by a LEGO dragon model which will breathe smoke as you enter the hotel.

There are three themed room choices to select from depicted by a LEGO Knight, Pirate and Adventurer. Premium themed rooms come with additional LEGO models and decor including themed wall paper.


Rooms feature separate sleeping areas for grown-ups and another for up-to-three children. The kids sleeping area comes with a bunk bed, pull-out trundle bed and a TV.
