27 November 2012, Singapore – St. Regis introduces a new three part afternoon tea set menu from Brasserie Les Saveurs. Enjoy a variety of sweet & savoury scones from the new scone bar and a three tiered stand of hot & savoury delights plus a selection of sweet treats & pastries, completed with a nice pot of TWG tea.
Start at the scone bar and pair the sweet scones with lashings of home-made seasonal fruit jams and conserves, assorted berries, decadent chocolate sauce, Chantilly or the obligatory clotted cream. The savoury scones such as the Perrigord Black Summer Truffles scones can be paired with succulent slices of Iberico and honey baked ham, or accompanying spreads like chives and espelette cream cheese or black truffle espuma.
The three-tiered silver stand offers savouring classic finger sandwiches, pies and soup with Chef’s Pot Pie and Quiche of the Day. Save some room for the light and fruity French pastries & cakes from the dessert bar to sum up the afternoon tea session.
Brasserie Les Saveurs’ Afternoon Tea is available from Mondays to Thursdays from 3pm to 5pm, and Saturdays from 12.30pm to 2.30pm, priced at S$56++ per person, with an additional S$10++ for a glass of Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve.
Afternoon tea dance happens on Fridays and Saturdays from 3pm to 5pm, priced at S$66++ per person, and S$76++with a glass of Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve. Waltz and tango the afternoon away, with dance instructors to guide you, and a band to provide a lively soundtrack to this elegant affair.
