3 October 2012, Singapore – Pete’s Place at Grand Hyatt Singapore has been serving authentic Italian cuisine since 1973, building a following over nearly four decades! The restaurant’s warm and homely interior, coupled with their friendly and experienced service staff, completes the experience.
Pete’s Place offers a Buffet Lunch from Monday to Saturday, 12pm – 2.30pm. The impressive buffet spread boasts of wood-fired oven pizzas, fresh pastas, meat and fish dishes, an extensive salad bar as well as a bread counter with freshly baked breads and homemade butter.
From now till 2 November 2012, Pete’s Place welcomes a guest chef from Naples, Italy. Chef Vicenzo Luongo will be whipping up authentic Neapolitan cuisine which is known to be unique compared to other areas of Italy. Chef Vicenzo explains, “The rich history and 200 years of aristocracy have set the standards for the food served”.
Menu highlights include handmade Mozzarella baked with Parma ham, served with Rocket Salad as well as the Siciciana pizza topped with tuna, onions, capers and fresh mozzarella. Another must-try would be the traditional vegetarian Margherita pizza topped with tomatoes, basil and fresh mozzarella or the Squid Ink Farfalle pasta with prawns, scallops and roasted pepper sauce.
Only for Sundays, Pete’s Place offers Pete’s Brunch which serves free-flowing Italian wines and cocktails beyond the sumptuous buffet spread. You also get to enjoy seasonal specialties.
