Dining: Dim Sum Weekend Brunch at Mandarin Court

Mandarin Court Menu

28 September 2012, Singapore – The weekend dim sum brunch at Mandarin Court not only comes with mouth-watering favourites but also a view of the city atop the 35th floor of Mandarin Orchard’s Orchard Wing.

Reasonably priced at S$48++ for adults and S$24++ for children 5 to 12 years of age, there are over 80 dim sum delights to indulge in.   Look out for the Steamed Dumpling with Hot and Sour Sauce, Steamed Siew Mai with Mushroom or Fluffy Steamed Barbecued Pork Bun or the Steamed Cheong Fan Rice Roll with Pork, Pork Congee with Century Egg.  I enjoyed the Wok-baked Prawn in Oatmeal.  The Pan-seared Sliced Sea Perch in Superior Sauce is highly recommended.

For desserts, go for the popular Steamed Custard Bun but be forewarned, the custard is piping hot.  Or if you are not yet stuffed from the savoury dishes, enjoy the Yam Paste with Pumpkin and Gingko Nut.

Check out the visual treat we have for you.  Take it from us.  The dim sum tastes as good as it looks.
