Singtel iPhone 5 Launch Was Smooth And Orderly

21 September 2012, Singapore – Singtel iPhone 5 launch event at 8am this morning in Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Center was a smooth and orderly one. With 55 counters setup to serve the 10,000 crowd that will be collecting their pre-ordered iPhone5 over the weekend.

The first customer to purchase iPhone 5 from Singtel is Ms Liu Ting Ting

Even though each Singtel customer was allocated with a collection time slot for their collection, many still decided to queue from as early as last evening night to be among the first to collect their iPhone 5 at 8am this morning. The first customer to purchase iPhone 5 is Ms Liu Ting Ting (age 20, student) arrived last night (Thurs 20 Sep) at 8:30pm.

I also managed to collect my very own iPhone 5 this morning at the launch. If you are getting accessories such as casing or screen protectors, there is a limited choice at the Singtel event venue. Walk over to the EpiCentre at basement 2 of The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands for a wider range of selection. Fear not if you think that EpiCentre is going to packed with long queue for iPhone 5. EpiCentre sold out all their iPhone 5 units in 2 hours after their launch this morning.
