20 July 2012, Singapore – Have you visited the Andy Warhol: 15 Minutes Eternal Exhibition at the ArtScience Museum? The museum has extended the exhibition from 12 August to 21 October 2012 so that those who have not visited the exhibits could do so now. Check out our previous post about the exhibition.
From now till 12 August, a series of workshops have been organised for visitors involving performance, photography and forums designed to complement the Andy Warhol experience.
From today till 22 July, “Andy Warhol’s Silver Clouds” will feature Susan Yeung from the Lasalle College of the Arts where she will interact, mold and shape the gallery space where silver balloons tumble and float around on the air currents replicating what was previously done within Andy Warhol’s factory in 1968 when Merce Cunningham incorporated the Silver Clouds into a dance performance entitled “Rainforest”. You get to enjoy this performance with your entry ticket to the exhibition.
Please check the other activities planned in the schedule below. You can expect two discussions entitled Museum Rendez-Vous with Susan Yeung and Ruthe Zuntz.
