Fight Off the Extra Calories with this app. It’s a fast and easy calorie counter with the largest food database of any BlackBerry calorie counter of over 760,000 food .
2. SparkRecipes from SparkPeople Inc
Cooking at home is one of the easiest ways to lose weight and save money. This app lets you search almost 200,000 recipes plus save your favourites. It also indicates the calories, carbs and more for each recipe just in case you’re on a diet.
3. Gym Tehcnik by TSR Gym Technik Ltd
Hopefully this app will get you motivated to reach your fitness goals faster. It guides and tracks your workouts, body stats and also schedules monthly workout routines. Your statistics sync to www.gymtechnik.com where you can find workout plans, build routines, chart your progress and view workout summaries. Instructional image and video library of exercise is also available.
4. ExerClock by Scott Erkklla
An easy to use and versatile electronic exercise coach. You can define each exercise in your workout and ExerClock gives you audible signals to guide you, just like how a live fitness instructor would. You can save the workout and repeat them as and when you desire.
You can focus fully on your body and technique and let the EverClock keep track of where you are in your workout, and also guide you through each step.

5. FitnessCalc by Cubed Consulting
FitnessCalc comes with a calculator for Water, Protein, BMI, BMR, Activity, Calorie, Heart Rate and One Rep Max.
6. Runner’s Calculator for BlackBerry Playbook by Pronic, Meselina Ponikvar Verhovsek s.p.
This fitness utility calculates your BMI, maximum heart-rate and other running information such as speed, pace, burnt calories, intensity, body fat loss and others.
