Travel Companies from around the world hailed for their leadership in five areas of social responsibilities: Education, Environmental Preservation, and Wildlife conservation will be honoured at the congress as this year’s winners of the Condé Nast Traveler World Savers Awards.
“We at Condé Nast Traveler feel it is our responsibility to shed light on the important social responsibility programs fostered by the travel industry, to recognize those individuals and corporations making a positive global impact, and, in turn, to encourage others to follow suit,” says Editor in Chief Klara Glowczewska. “It’s exciting to see this level of commitment and action. With the World Savers Awards, we recognize forward-thinking members of the travel industry; but the biggest winners are travel consumers—never before have we had so many at once luxurious and sustainable travel options to choose from. “
There will also be a “Singapore Session” to discuss and debate sustainable development in a compelling panel discussion, “Conceiving the Cities of Tomorrow,” moderated by Condé Nast Traveler editor.
The fifth Condé Nast Traveler World Savers Congress will occur during TravelRave, Asia’s mega travel and tourism festival, showcasing world-class business events for tourism leaders and professionals from the travel eco-system to maximize business opportunities, share insights and best practices.
