Now during the weekends, you can indulge in this High Tea buffet at $44++ per person and enjoy a sumptuous spread of British, Japanese and local favourites. You can also order freshly made waffles, crepes topped with your choice of gelato, sauce, jams and Devonshire cream. Also, remember to order the freshly baked Passionfruit Soufflé with Caramel Sauce in advance as it takes 25 minutes to bake.
If you prefer savoury delights, there’s also a good spread of savoury items to meet your craving. The Asian Corner serves dim sum, satay, chicken wing, fried noodle and even seafood chili crab. The Carving Station serves Slow Roasted Leg of Lamb (Saturday), English Roast Beef (Sunday) and Confit of Salmon (Saturday & Sunday).

From Mondays to Fridays, there’s also the Weekday Afternoon Tea ($36++ per person) served on a three-tier stand.
