Special Immigration Lane for Garuda Indonesia Premium customers at Jakarta and Bali Airport

Indonesia’s national airline Garuda Indonesia offers a special immigration lane service for first-class, business class, and GarudaMiles Platinum members on international routes at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Terminal 3 in Jakarta and at the International Terminal of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali.

Launched on 30 March 2023, this offers a faster immigration inspection process for premium travellers on Garuda Indonesia. First Class, Business Class and GarudaMiles Platinum members will be given a marker card, and the airline’s Passenger Service Assistance will direct the passenger to a special immigration screening counter.

“The presence of this special line service for the immigration process is one of Garuda Indonesia’s ongoing initiatives as a national flag that is presented to improve the quality of the seamless journey for Garuda service users in an end-to-end manner, in line with flight trends that are starting to grow significantly.”

Irfan Setiaputra, President and CEO of Garuda Indonesia

The launch of this lane is a cooperation between Garuda Indonesia and the Directorate General of Immigration of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The collaboration is a manifestation of positive cooperation between stakeholders in improving services to the community, shares Silmy Kari, the Director General of Immigration. It does not rule out the possibility of other collaborations or the development of services in the future.
