Ramada and Days Hotel by Wyndham Singapore at Zhongshan Park to rebrand to Aloft Singapore Novena

In an announcement to SGX at 5.52pm on 24 February 2023, Hiap Hoe Limited announced that it has through HH Properties Pte Ltd entered into a franchise agreement with Luxury Hotels International of Hong Kong Limited.

The Ramada by Wyndham Singapore (opened 18 May 2013) and Days Hotel by Wyndham at Zhongshan Park (opened December 2012) located at 16 Ah Hood Road and 1 Jalan Rajah will be rebranded to Aloft Singapore Novena.

The re-branding is expected to commence in Q3, 2023 when the company’s current management contract expires and is expected to be completed in Q4, 2023.

This is the Aloft brand’s debut in Singapore. Aloft Hotel is part of Marriott Bonvoy‘s portfolio of 30 brands. It caters to a music-loving crowd with an eye for great design by offering vibrant, social space and innovative music programming. Tech-savvy guests will appreciate the use of smart technology atAloft properties. Aloft Singapore Novena joined other Aloft properties in Southeast Asia, including Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok which we previously stayed at.

There are 14 Marriott properties in Singapore. The Duxton Reserve Singapore, An Autograph Collection, Maxwell Reserve Singapore, Autograph Collection, Courtyard Singapore Novena, The Warehouse Hotel, Singapore, a Member of Design Hotels, Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Riverview, JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach, Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel, Sheraton Towers Singapore, The St. Regis Singapore, The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, The Serangoon House, Singapore, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, The Vagabond Club Singapore, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, W Singapore – Sentosa Cove and The Westin Singapore.

The rebranding would also mean that Wyndham Group has no more representation in Singapore. In January last year, Wyndham’s Asia Pacific Headquarters moved into a new office in CapitaSpring.
