Lobby Lounge at InterContinental Singapore will serve a Classic Afternoon Tea: La Dolce Vita in collaboration with Acqua di Parma from 16 September to 14 November 2021. The collaboration features sweets and savouries that highlight key ingredients such as yuzu, osmanthus, sakura and vanilla with smoky tones inspired by amber, leather and wood.
Priced at S$70++ per person, the afternoon tea features a flute of Taittinger Brut Champagne, Sole tè sparkling tea, fine loose-leaf tea or coffee, unlimited scones and ice cream as well as a serving of sweet and savoury items. For those who prefer a non-boozy option, the afternoon tea is priced at S$55++ per person.
Indulge in sweet treats like the Yuzu mimosa tart with jasmine marshmallow, or Madagascar vanilla bean mousse with bergamot curd and almond sponge. The Red dragon chia financier is served with strawberry marmalade, sakura cream and pink peppercorns. The peppercorns give a surprising hint of spice and smokiness.
The savoury items feature Sesame-crushed Norwegian salmon toast with saffron aioli; smoky Parma Ham with cheddar cheese and home-made osmanthus butter on ciabatta; smoked chicken quiche Lorraine; and Mini donut with crabmeet salad, pomelo and yuzu jelly.
Sole Tè is a sparkling brew of lemon bush tea infused with osmanthus flowers. This is a wonderful palate cleanser before you bite into the items.

Signatures of the Sun emblems the sublime expression of an art of perfume. Expressive shades are born from light and discovery. Ingredients are selected from all over the world for the preciousness they encapsulate. They represent the leitmotif running through the new collection. The perfumer distills each ingredient to obtain the purest essence. Acqua di Parma filters each ingredient through the sensory prism of Colonia. And brings light to it and gifts the Sun to each new fragrance.
The unmistakable cylinder-shaped box in black is elegantly enlivened by a black label with an embossed golden logo. Inside, the Art Deco bottle has a distinguished Colonia. The clear bottle contains the freshest and most vibrant fragrances while the black contains a more intense and assertive scent.
The Signatures of the Sun collection includes Oud, Leather, Ambra, Quercia, Sandalo, Vaniglia, Yuzu, Osmanthus, Sakura, Camelia.
Lily of the Valley is a floral and delicate scent while Oud & Spice is a woody and intense one. They are available at escentials stores in Singapore starting September 2021. You can get the 100ml bottle at S$365 or S$456 for the 180ml bottle.
At the end of the afternoon tea, guests will also receive a 1.5 ml vial of Signatures of the Sun perfume and a redemption card. Bring this redemption card to any Acqua di Parma escentials store. Present the card to get a 1 x 5ml Signatures of the Sun perfume.
