Singapore Airlines’ KrisShop has gotten a revamp with its new website KrisShop.com. With a cleaner look and brand new interface, KrisShop.com is now easier and quicker to navigate. The website no longer has the signature blue and yellow tones of Singapore Airlines.

KrisShop.com will continue to feature concept stores. Of the four concept stores, a new one is added.

  • With Love, SG showcases homegrown brands unique to Singaporean culture. The items in this section are picked to support local.

  • KrisShop Cares is a collaboration with The Art Faculty and Tinkle Arts. It is dedicated to giving back to the community and supporting those in need. Net proceeds from the curated products and artworks will go towards the partner communities to support their cause and artists.

  • KrisShop Discovers features niche creations curated by KrisShop. Well recognised and best in class brands as well as emerging ones that represent their respective country in a truly authentic way are featured in this section. The majority of the products are not already available in Singapore.
Flowers and Spa treatments
  • KrisShop Moments is a brand-new concept store that offers services such as floral delivery, beauty and wellness treatments, special hotel room offers, hotel dining promotions, tourist experiences and more. This section invites people to create their own special moments.

KrisShop Customise offers customisation such as personalised engraving on fragrance bottles, wine bottles, and leather bags to make the gift more memorable and extra special for the recipient.

Other new initiatives will be rolled out progressively in the coming months:

  • Multiple Payment Options such as KrisPay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay & Alipay will be available.
  • Preorder up to 60 minutes before selected SilkAir, Singapore Airlines and Scoot flights for last-minute shopping. Items are delivered straight to the passenger’s seat on board. Previously, you could only pre-order up to 24 hours before your flight.
  • Guests of selected hotel groups may opt for their purchases to be delivered right into the hotel rooms.
  • Shop on KrisShop.com via Singapore Airlines’ in-flight entertainment system and have the items delivered to their homes
  • Self-collect KrisShop purchases from designated POPStations.

The public can visit Raffles Hotel Palm Ballroom on 23 and 24 August 2019 to check out the KrisShop exhibition to experience the four KrisShop concept stores.
