The 14th edition of the Canon PhotoMarathon 2016 concluded today with around 2,000 photography enthusiasts participating. It was held at the Suntec Convention and Exhibition Centre.
This year’s competition centres around the company’s corporate philosophy of Kyosei which means living and working together for the common good. The competition continues to be open to individuals from all walks of life, regardless of age and ability.
This year’s three thematic segments included Vision; Kyosei and (#NoFilter + #NewPerspective + #SPACE).
Winners walked away with attractive prizes including the EOS 5D Mark IV, EOS 7D Mark II, EOS 80D, EOS760D and EOS M3. The Best of Show winners of both the open and student categories won an all-expense paid photo clinic trip to scenic spots in Japan. There was a grand lucky draw prize of a pair of Premium Economy air tickets to Europe on Lufthansa Airlines.
