Wyndham Soleil Danang Will Be Danang’s Tallest Hotel in 2018

The four-tower condotel with 3,200 rooms entirely part of the Wyndham Soleil Danang is slated to be completed and ready for occupancy in September 2018. It is set to become the city’s tallest building at 199 metres. Located in Danang’s Son Tra district, the hotel tower will be part of a four-tower hotel and condotel complex currently under construction. There will be 3,200 apartments, studios and hotel rooms, conference facilities, a retail and dining precinct and recreation parks.

The new hotel will have a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom guest rooms with views of the sea and the mountains surrounding Danang. The will also be a restaurant and bar, swimming pools, a gym, spa and a health and wellness centre.

Wyndham Soleil Danang is located 100 metres from the white sands of My Khe Beach. It will be Wyndham Hotels and Resorts’ second location in Vietnam following the opening of Wyndham Legend Halong Bay in July this year.

Wyndham Hotel Group has 8,000 hotels worldwide with almost 100 open and operating across South East Asia and the Pacific Rim under the brands of Ramada, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Days Inn, TRYP by Wyndham and Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham.

The US$446 million project is being developed by PPC An Thinh Danang.
