Some 12,000 people turned up for Justin Bieber’s concert last night at the Padang in Singapore. The headlining act for the closing concert of the 2013 SingTel Formula One Grand Prix started at 8.15pm last night after Owl City’s performance and lasted for 90 minutes.  Beliebers, mostly girls, went wild and Justin sang a total of 18 songs and closed the concert by baring his body to the delight of his fans.
