Johnnie Walker launched its global Join the Pact campaign (#ImNOTDriving) last night with its global responsible drinking ambassadors Vodafone McLaren Mercedes driver Sergio ‘Checo’ Perez and two-time world drivers’ champion Mika Häkkinen at Clarke Quay. Joining them were local ambassadors including DJ Rosalyn Lee and Oli Pettirgrew who will be working with Johnnie Walker in Singapore over the next 12 months to reinforce the message of responsible drinking.
The whisky label is reinforcing responsible drinking and is encouraging individuals to give their commitment to not drink and drive utilising the hashtag #ImNOTdriving. Pledge to never drink and drive using this hashtag will allow you to stand a chance to win a free ride home that evening. All you need to do is show your pledge to the Johnnie Walker roving team. Visit www.facebook.com/JohnnieWalkerSingapore for more information.
For the 2013 Singapore Formula 1 Singtel Singapore Grand Prix, Johnnie Walker has partnered SMRT to give away 10,000kms of safe rides home in SMRT Chryslers from Clarke Quay on 19 and 20 September and Marina Bay Sands on 21 September.
Johnnie Walker is also offering the Ultimate Chauffeur Service during the race weekend. Two-time F1 world drivers’ champion Mika Häkkinen will personally drive one guest home from the Johnnie Walker Circuit Lounge party on 21 September. To qualify, make your #ImNOTDriving pledge on your social media pages including Twitter, Facebook or Instagram.
