The 16 theatrical kitchens of The Line at Shangri-La Hotel Singapore will serve up a Thai spread for a limited period from 17 to 26 May 2013. Let resident Thai Chef Ratree Khongthong’s Thai creations from Chiang Mai and Bangkok whet your appetite.
Be sure to try the Pad Thai Goong (stir-fried noodles) and Tom Yam Goong (spicy lemongrass and coriander prawn soup) as well as the Thod Man Pla (deep-fried fish cakes) and Thod Man Goong (deep-fried prawn cakes). Other Thai delights include Som Tam Goong Yang (green papaya salad with grilled prawns), Lab Gai (minced chicken salad with ground rice and mint leaf) and much more. The Line’s bartenders will also prepare Tom Yum mojitos and other beverages such as Singha beer will also be available.
