Audi Fashion Festival 2013 kicked off with Audi Red Carpet Night Gala Dinner at the Tent@Marina Promenade last night where more than 450 guests including luminaries from fashion, society, business and politics attended the event.
In an effort to grow and encourage talents locally and in Asia, Audi Star Creation 2013 winners Haziq Putra from Singapore, Vu Ta Linh from Vietnam and Sun Yi Jin from China were awarded with S$10,000 cash prize. They will also return to the stage next year to present their capsule collection as part of next year’s Audi Fashion Festival.
For the first time in Audi Fashion Festival history, Haziq Putra is also the first Singaporean designer to take home the Audi Young Designer Award, an additional cash prize of S$10,000 for having designed a creation that best embodied the Audi design spirit of innovation, technology and progression.
The luxury fashion house of PAVONI BY MIKAEL D, for the first time in Asia, premiered its Fall/Winter 2013-2014 collection. The collection featured evening dresses and gowns that uses lacy fabrics, embroideries and silhouette cuttings for that elegant and head turner look down the red carpet.
