Lunch is always a rush for most executives and Café Mosaic at Carlton Hotel has the solution to that. It is offering an Express Semi-Buffet till 30 June 2013 that lets you select your main dish from the “live station” which features a local dish of the day such as Nonya Laksa or Beef Hor Fun or the western dish of the day such as lamb or chicken chop. There is a buffet spread of desserts which includes an assortment of fresh fruits, cakes, french pastries, Nonya Kuehs and hot dessert soups such as Cheng Tng, Bubur Cha Cha and more.
