Dinner Buffet Alert: Cafe Mosaic One-For-One

Till the end of May 2013, Cafe Mosaic at Carlton Hotel offers a 1-for-1 Dinner Buffet featuring an assortment of appertisers and seafood on ice including fresh Oysters and Scallops, mails such as Roasted Lamb Leg with Cumin Mustard Sauce, Steamed Fish Fillet topped with Yellow Bean Crust and Sweet Turnip, Braised Pork Belly topped with Crispy Yam and Pan-fried Steak with Beef Jus and new additions including the Assorted Seafood Pot Pie and Baked Salmon in Puff Pastry.

No buffet is complete without desserts, so be sure to check out the sweet treats such as the Caramel Custard, Cheese Cake and Chocolate Mousse.  For S$3 per glass, you can also enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee or tea, or homemade local beverage such as Barley, Herbal Tea or Chrysanthemum Tea.

Dinner Buffet is served from 6.30pm to 10.30pm daily.
