Nokia Lumia 720, mid range Windows 8 smartphone, will be available in Singapore from this Saturday 6 April 2013, joining the Nokia Lumia 520 entry level Windows 8 smartphone which was launched last week. The new Nokia Lumia 720 will be available at Nokia Stores, Nokia Solutions Partners and Local operators with retail price at S$479, while the Nokia Lumia 520 is retailing at S$279.
Both Nokia Lumia 720 & 520 will be available in an array of colours like Yellow, Cyan, Red, White & Black with accessories like interchangable shells readily available.
The Nokia Lumia 720 & 520 are two similar looking devices and runs on the same Snap Dragon S4 processor, but the Nokia Lumia 720 is more superior in terms of hardware and features than Nokia Lumia 520. Here are the list of key features on Nokia Lumia 720 that beats Nokia Lumia 520:
- 6.7 megapixel camera equipped with Carl Zeiss optics, autofocus and LED flash
- 4.3″ large screen, sunlight readability and the Corning Gorilla Glass 2 with ClearBlack technology
- Slimmer by 0.9mm
- Longer talktime – up to 13.4 hours
- NFC connectivity for easier pairing with external devices and mobile payments
- Front facing camera for video calls (Nokia Lumia 520 do not have a front facing camera)
