15 February 2013, Singapore – After a sold out season in 2009, WILD RICE’s award-winning The Importance of Being Earnest by director Glen Goei will be back to mezmerise audience at the Drama Centre Theatre from 10 April to 4 May 2013. The story follows the paths of two friends, Jack and Algernon, who spin a sticky web of deception to court their lovely leading ladies. But, will the truth about their deception prove to be too much for their love to bear?

Directed by Glen Goei with set designs by Ivan Heng, the production will see the reunion of the much beloved cast that set the stage on fire during the production’s first run in 2009. Joining the cast is the inimitable Lim Kay Siu, who will play Rev. Canon Chasuble, in what promises to be an evening of solid performances and never-ending laughter!

Ticket prices from S$40 to S$75 will be sold via sistic.com.sg, from 18 February 2013 for public and from now till 17 February 2013 with OCBC Cards. 20% discount for OCBC Cards, PAssion & SAFRA Cards and general public will get 15% early bird discount for tickets sold before 13 March 2013.
