Start off with the fresh seafood and you have to try the fresh juicy oysters and sashimi and the salads before trying out the pastas at the pasta station. We got to taste the Squid Ink pasta prepared with Octopus and chilli padi which we enjoyed thoroughly. The pasta selection changes daily so check with the chef what’s available. You can sample a wide range of seafood, salads, anti-pasti, cold cuts as well as Singaporean, Japanese, Thai and Korean specialties.
The Asian section offers delectable dim sum dishes, a noodle station and other Asian delights.
End of the meal with a selection of desserts. The bread and butter pudding melts in your mouth. You will enjoy the pudding as much as we did.
