4 January 2013, Singapore – Tea Lounge Chef Domenico presents chocolate desserts at “A Tuscan Affair” including the Amedei Dark Chocolate Cake, an ultra-rich mousse cake topped with rum and vanilla Bavarian, Torta Alla Nocciola, a spongy moist hazelnut cake with fresh raspberries and vanilla Bavarian, and traditional Tuscan cuisine including Angus Beef with Portobello Mushrooms and Dark Chocolate Jus, Maltagliati al Cacao (homemade chocolate pasta), Tuscan-style Lamb Chops and free-flow Prosecco.
