28 November 2012, Singapore – At Tian Fu Tea Rooms by Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant, they believe in pairing good Chinese teas with the right dim sum. Their ever popular Imperial High Tea got an upgrade this festive season to Sparkling Imperial High Tea, where guests start off with a chilled glass of sparkling wine from Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand.
Aromatic and smooth teas are specially selected to pair with nine delicately handcrafted & delicious dim sum items. In the mood of Christmas, finish the high tea with the Miniature Christmas Tree with Lotus Paste (only at PARKROYAL Beach Road & Kitchener Road outlets) , which is cute looking yet yummy with the right sweetness from the lotus paste.
If you are looking for mouthwatering dim sum that differs from the usual selections like “siew mai” and “ha gao”, Tian Fu Tea Rooms will be the choice for you. From now till 31 January 2013, Sparkling Imperial High Tea will be served at all Tian Fu Tea Rooms in all Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurants daily from 2.30pm to 6pm at S$28++ per person.
