30 November 2012, Singapore – Caltex recently provided 80 students from low-income families with access to a specially created enrichment programme designed by MINDCHAMPS to equip them with life skills at the Caltex PAssion for Kids: Drive for Success five-day workshop. A joint collaboration with People’s Association, Caltex hopes to inspire learning and give underprivileged children the opportunity to gain knowledge, develop new skills and be exposed to new ways of learning.

The PA has identified 80 Primary Five students through five Community Development Councils (CDCs) in Singapore.

Caltex also raised S$60,000 in the months of April an May to fund this workshop.  S$1 from every S$50 of petrol pumped was donated into this pool.
