7 September 2012, Los Angeles – This year at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards, fans in the mosh pit did not just get the best view, they also get to go up close and personal with Rihanna walking across the mosh pit with a bodyguard to meet the fans, P!nk zipping over the mosh pit to the stage for her entrance and Taylor Swift not just debuting her new tracks while ending it with a dive into the audience in the mosh pit.

Hosted by actor & standup comedian, Kevin Hart, One Direction bagged three awards, becoming the big winner of 2012 VMA and Rihanna winning “Video of the Year” Award. Also don’t miss Frank Ocean’s soulful and mesmerizing performance, Alicia Keys’ electrifying performance of new single “Girl on Fire” featured a surprise appearance by Nicki Minaj and special guest appearance of PSY on the VMA stage with Gang Nam Style. The 2012 MTV Video Music Awards will air tonight at 9pm on MTV Asia (StarHub TV Ch 533).
