3 August 2012, Singapore – Cantonese restaurant Peach Blossoms celebrates Singapore’s 47th birthday with the Singapore Set Menu in the month of August.   Chinese Executive Chef Chan Shun Wong presents a six-course set menu including the National Day Fried Rice, Chilled Prawn Salad with Sesame Dressing and Marinated Soya Chicken with Singapore Chilli Sauce.

Braised Broccoli with Assorted Fresh Mushrooms

with Diced Prawn in Creamy Sauce

and with Shredded Chicken in Sweet and Sour Sauce

The Singapore Set Menu is available all day, lunch and dinner at S$47++ per person with a minimum 2 persons).

Lunch is served from Monday to Friday 12pm to 2.30pm and Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays 11am to 2.30pm.  Dinner is served daily from 6.30pm to 10pm.
