11 January 2012, Singapore – Celebrating the beginning of the year of the Dragon away from the busy downtown crowd at Crown Plaza Changi Airport’s buffet restaurant, Azur. From 22 January to 6 February 2012, Azur has created special lunch and dinner festive menus. You will get to enjoy more than 20 dishes ranging from traditional New Year favourites and international dishes. With a full capacity of up to 200 guests, Azur offers both families, friends or business associates the perfect place to loh hei for an auspicious year ahead.
Azur serves the best of eastern and western international cuisines with a buffet dining concept built around two show kitchens where chefs prepare the food freshly for your dining experience.
Special Festive Menu
Enjoy dishes such as the Sliced Abalone Salad, Steamed Garoupa in Pickle Chilli, Coq Au Vin – Stewed Red Win Chicken, Signature Drunken Prawns in Herbal Broth, Golden Roast Suckling Pig and also to Singapore Style Wok-Fried Chilli Crab.
Prosperity Lo Hei Yu Sheng
Even though Azur serves a buffet spread, you and your guests can still partake in the traditional Loh Hei Yu Sheng from the live station. Using only imported Norwegian salmon and Head Chef’s specially created Ginger Shoyu dressing, the Yu Sheng is portioned to the number of diners.
The Yu Sheng is available for takeaway as well. Other available take away or private dining lo hei variations include the Double Happiness Abalone and Salmon Yu Sheng and Wealthy Crowne Abalone Yu Sheng.
Takeaways of the Yu Sheng is available from 15 January 2012 to 6 February 2012. The takeaway Yu Sheng serves 8.
