8 January 2012, Singapore – Toss up good fortune at the Royal Plaza on Scotts this lunar  new year to usher in the auspicious year of the dragon.   Carousel’s culinary team has whipped up another creative interpretation of the conventional yu sheng by including fresh lobster and ginseng.

Dubbed the Eight Treasures Lobster Yu Sheng, this prosperity dish is made up of almonds, ginseng, longans, red dates, salsify, silver fungus, wolfberries and angular solomon’s seal.

  • Fresh lobster and eight Chinese herbal ingredients served with crispy cuttlefish, pomelo with mango and passion fruit sauce.

SALMON “YU SHENG”

  • Fresh salmon slices served with traditional preserved vegetables strips and plum sauce.

TUNA “YU SHENG”

ABALONE “YU SHENG”
