For appetizer, start with the Indonesian Gado Gado (vegetable salad with peanut sauce), Vietnamese Tom Nuong Xa (grilled lemongrass shrimp with crushed peanuts) and the Thai Tod Man Pla Grai (deep-fried fish cake).

For the mains, try out the Penang Char Kway Teow, Chiang Mai Khao Soi (deep fried crispy egg noodles with green curry chicken) and Vietnamese Ca Kho Tio (braised catfish in Vietnamese traditional sauce).

And end the meal with traditional desserts such as the Thai Khao Niew Mamuang (sticky rice with mango) and the Vietnamese Che Dau Xanh Bot Ban (sweet mung bean soup with sago)
