Ben & Jerry's Chunk Fest 2011

You can expect a record-breaking 32 extraordinary flavours including crowd pleasers that are not currently available in Singapore, and a fun-tastic carnival of activities.

Last year more than 8,000 fans attended ChunkFest.

This year, Ben & Jerry’s taking part in some corporate social responsibility by helping others to do good.  ChunkFest’s signature fun-packed, cow-nival atmosphere will serve as a platform for Fairness Partners i.e. social-enterprises, charities and even corporations that champion an aspect of fairness – to promote and raise funds for their causes.

FairBooths – This year Ben & Jerry’s is giving away to members of the public FairBooths at ChunkFest to do something fair.  All you need to do is log onto the ChunkFest app on Facebook and indicate what you want to do with the space and how it will help make Singapore a better, fairer place.   The best ideas before 30th September will win a FairBooth, and the opportunity to make that idea happen.

“Ben & Jerry’s started out with the simple aim of making the best possible ice cream in the nicest possible way, and we want to really go back to those roots,” said Kenneth Lau, Ben & Jerry’s Brand Champion. “Being fair is a big part of who we are. There are so many people out there trying to make a difference – socially, economically and environmentally – and it seems only fair that we lend a hand and help them do good in their communities.”
