Touted as The Regent Hotel’s popular baked mooncake flavour that was inspired by their flagship Italian Restaurant Basilico, Parma Ham and Pork Floss with Assorted Nuts is a savoury, crunchy delight that contains premium 24-months cured Parma Ham and generous servings of assorted nuts, white sesame, winter melon and melon seeds.  The light subtle taste of pork floss and a zing or orange peel gives this mooncake an irresistible unique taste and texture.

Other baked flavours include the White Lotus Paste with Double Yolk and Melon Seeds, White Lotus Paste with Single Yolk and Melon Seeds and White Lotus Paste with Melon Seeds.

The Regent’s delicate, hand-crafted mini snowskin mooncake selection includes two new additions – Persimmon Paste and Pandan Paste with Yolk (not available for tasting in time for this post).   These mooncakes are rich in vitamins anti-oxidants.  Other snowskin flavours include the Regent’s signature Black Sesame Paste with Melon Seeds, aromatic Green Tea and Melon Seeds, popular White Lotus Paste with Yolk and Melon Seeds and their bestseller, the Durian Paste.
