True Passion – Martin Yan Premieres On AFC

11 July 2011, Singapore – On 13 July 2011, 830pm on Asian Food Channel (StarHub Channel 435) catch the premiere of AFC’s new original production.  An eight-part series filmed in AFC’s studio kitchen, Chef Yan cooks a range of contemporary Asian dishes and pairs them with wines from Jacob’s Creek.  Yan travels to Barossa Valley in Australia to learn how an internationally acclaimed bottle of wine is produced.

Yan is a Master Chef and a highly respected food consultant, cooking instructor and prolific author who has published over 30 cookbooks.  He has appeared in over 3,000 cooking shows broadcasted globally.  This series will be broadcasted regionally across eight countries to over 45 million viewers.

Catch an episode of a Chinese New Year special and another with some of Singapore’s favourite dishes such as Chilli Crab and puts his own special touch.
