13 May 2011, Singapore – I find jogging or running boring and quite a pain.  I haven’t really found that “inspiration” to run yet.  It doesn’t help with my flat foot and bunions. Don’t ask me how I got bunions, but I can definitely tell you I am not into heeled shoes.  I am not sure about you, but I would need more than motivation to jog.  Besides the pair of track shoes from my army days, I do not own any other pair of running shoes.  Not the sexiest pair of running shoes I must say.

However, if you do not suffer the feet conditions that I have, and you need something exciting to keep your adrenaline running, then try out adidas “Colour Missions”, click on the link and you can find 4 colour jogging tracks (MP3) free for you to download.  These tracks actually help to simulate the environment while you are jogging.  Depending on what excites you,  you can choose to role play as a Bank Robber in a robbery, hunt down an Alien, be a Rock Star or get chased by Vampires.

Dennis’s and my personal picks were coincidentally the Vampire track.   Dennis would choose to run in the park before sunrise and play this track to fully enjoy the role play for this track.

At an event held at adidas’s outlet in Marina Bay Sands tonight after visiting the Dali: Mind of A Genius Exhibition at the ArtScience Museum, we were introduced the newly launched ClimaCool Ride shoes.   These are extremely cool shoes. Cool as in windy cool as well as the IT shoe to wear in all “Cool” fashion sense.   adidas has manufactured these shoes in 40 colours of which only 17 are available in Singapore’s stores.  11 of the colours are for guys and six are for the girls.

You may also like to match the adidas Colour Missions tracks with the latest addition to adidas’s collection of running shoes; the adidas ClimaCool Ride, since each track is themed under a specific colour.

2011 is a year of firsts for adidas.   In 2004, if you remember, adidas’s slogan was “Impossible Is Nothing”.  This year, there’s a new global brand campaign introducing “adidas is all in” which covers all facets of adidas’s brand i.e. sports performance and sports style.    You’ve probably seen their tv commercials in cinemas or on tv in Singapore. To help you recall, there’s a Messi version and a Derrick Rose version.  Some of adidas’s other brand ambassadors include Katy Perry, Jeremy Scott and B.O.B.
