8 July 2010, Singapore – Today the media were given a preview of the Singapore Chinese Dialect Tingkat Cruise as part of the Singapore Food Festival 2010 from 16 – 25 July 2010.  This 10 day festival of food has many fringe activities and the Tingkat Cruise is one of many.

Costing only S$35 per person, there are 6 sessions per day, from 4 – 10pm every day during the 10 day festival. However each session can take only 16 people, you’ll better book early by clicking here.  Embarkation and disembarkation for the cruise is at the Merlion Park.

Taste Chinese dialect dishes such as Teo Chew Carrot Cake, Hainanese Chicken Rice Balls, Cantonese Fu Chok Tong Shui, Fried Hokkien Mee, Hakka Soon Kueh and served with a bottle of Pokka Green Tea drink.  You get to keep the tingkat as a souvenir too!
