Singapore Airlines will be adding a sixth daily flight to Bangkok in March next year. It will also increase frequency to Colombo in Sri Lanka and Milan in Italy as part of the Northern Summer schedule of 27 March 2016 to 29 October 2016.
From 27 March 2016, the sixth daily flight to Bangkok will be operated on Singapore Airlines’ A330-300 aircraft adding close to 2,000 seats per week on the route. SQ982 will depart Singapore at 5.35pm and arrive in Bangkok at 7pm. The return flight SQ983 will depart Bangkok at 8.05pm and arrive in Singapore at 11.30pm.
Colombo flights will increase to 10 per week from seven while an additional flight will be added to the Singapore – Milan route of which two continues to Barcelona in Spain.
From 25 Jun to 30 July 2016, five weekly flights will be operated to the Italian Capital Rome to cater to the peak season demand. This is an increase from the current three flights per week.
Services to Sydney in Australia will increase to 35 per week between 23 June and 4 September 2016.
Ahmedabad in India will get for weekly flights between 30 April and 4 June 2016, up from the current three weekly flights.
18 weekly flights will be operated to Mumbai from 21 April to 6 June 2016, up from the current 17 flights per week.
Düsseldorf, Singapore Airlines’ newest destination in the network, will be operated three times per week from 21 July 2016 on the new Airbus A350-900.
