Singapore Airlines is sponsoring the 28th Southeast Asian Games to be held in Singapore from 5 to 16 June 2015 where over 7,000 athletes and officials are expected to be here. It will become the Official Airline Partner, sponsoring complimentary Economy Class tickets to Singapore as prizes for promotional activities around the region. This will be through a regional digital game specially created for the games called NILA’s Quest where a pair would be picked from each country to fly to Singapore to watch the games.
The airline will also sponsor handheld fans that will be included in the fun packs that will be distributed during the preview, opening and closing ceremonies, as well as SEA Games-themed Airbus A380 aircraft models. The iconic Singapore Girl will also be participating in the opening and closing ceremonies.
Special fares are offered to officials who are travelling to Singapore for the Games.
