Heineken Star Serve Programme
Heineken has trained over 100,000 bar staff in over 62 countries and more to come on the five-step process of the Heineken Star Serve programme. Five simple ritual process of specific pouring angle, glassware cleanliness, foam skimming, serving standard and you get the perfect Heineken draught beer. Establishments where the staff have been trained in the programme will display the ‘Heineken Star Serve Certified’ decals. Trained staff will also be wearing lapel pins.
