1 August 2011, Singapore – Dog Whisperer is a reality television series that follows a professional dog trainer, Cesar Millan, as he works on rehabilitation for troubled dogs and demonstrates to owners how they can achieve the leadership role with their dogs.
Dog Whisperer will appeal to not just people who love and own dogs, but also to those who fear dogs. Learn about the animal instincts of dogs and you will realize that dogs are not as scary as you may perceive them to be. Presenting yourself and treating the dogs with the right attitude will easily tame the dogs and making them Men’s Best Friends.
In this season, Cesar works with singer Patti Labelle and her fearful guard dog Nasir, helps actress Virginia Madsen to pick out a new pooch, and tames a dyed-pink Maltese names Kisses who wets the carpet.
Each episode of Dog Whisperer documents the transformations that take place under Cesar’s guidance by helping dogs and their owners achieve happier lives together. Dog Whisperer Season 3 will air on National Geographic Channel Starhub TV Channel 411 on every Wednesday from 3 August 2011, at 10pm and 11pm, two episodes back to back.

Okay, so I have a new puppy and I started reading The Puppy
Whisperer and someone suggested I watch the Dog Whisperer for more ideas. I thought “why not?” I swear I would have watched this show before
if I didn’t even have a dog it’s so interesting. Dogs and children are so much alike; I feel
like a better parent too after watching.
When I heard that DirecTV was
taking away National Geographic from their subscribers I was flabbergasted. I for one wouldn’t stand for it and although
my DISH Network employee account assures me I’ll have FOX channels for years to
come I bet DirecTV customers would like the same peace of mind. If I were in that situation I would switch
ASAP so I don’t miss my favorite shows.
