Tokyo Auto Salon Comes To Singapore In April 2013

1 February 2013, Singapore – The renowned Tokyo Auto Salon will be held in Singapore for the first time in its 30-year history from 12 to 14 April 2013 at Sands Expo and Convention Centre at Marina Bay Sands.

Out of the 200 cars expected to be exhibited, there will be 20 of the finest and most unique cars, Japanese race queens, J-Pop idols and other entertainers. Other highlights include iconic Japanese or European Tuner cars, specially tuned up show cars, TASSG Autostyling Showdown Competition, Miss TASSG Race Queen Pageant 2013 and the Japanese Anime Cosplay Showcase.

The organisers expect 100,000 visitors for the three day show.

Some of the Race Queens who will be appearing in Singapore include:

  • Saki Tachibana – Drift Angel 2012 & Japan Race Queen of the Year 2011-2012
  • Ayari Takeda – TAS 2013 Autostyling Race Queen
  • Megu Aoyama – A Nation Girl 2012 & D1GP Goodyear Angel Race Queen 2012

Venue: Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands Hall A to C Level 1
Admission Fees – 1-Day pass – Adult S$25 , Children under 12 years old S$10 | 3-Day pass – S$70

Tokyo Auto Salon Singapore 2013 is organised by MediaCorp and Muse Group and they hope to make this an annual event in Singapore’s vibrant calendar of activities.
